{"id":1134,"date":"2025-07-16T17:30:06","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T17:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amssa.mr\/?p=1134"},"modified":"2025-07-16T17:30:12","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T17:30:12","slug":"securite-sanitaire-des-aliments-lamssa-intensifie-ses-actions-aupres-des-restaurants-de-la-ville-datar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amssa.mr\/?p=1134","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire des aliments : l\u2019AMSSA intensifie ses actions aupr\u00e8s des restaurants de la ville d\u2019Atar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"231\" data-end=\"599\">Dans le cadre de sa mission de pr\u00e9vention des risques alimentaires et de protection de la sant\u00e9 publique, l\u2019<strong data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"406\">Agence Mauritanienne de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sanitaire des Aliments (AMSSA)<\/strong> poursuit activement ses campagnes intensives de <strong data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"490\">sensibilisation et de formation<\/strong> \u00e0 destination des \u00e9tablissements de restauration dans la ville d\u2019<strong data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"564\">Atar<\/strong>, capitale de la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Adrar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"881\">Ces campagnes s\u2019inscrivent dans une d\u00e9marche proactive visant \u00e0 renforcer la culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire des aliments au niveau local, \u00e0 travers la diffusion des meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tant dans la pr\u00e9paration que dans le service des repas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1089\">L\u2019objectif est double\u202f: <strong data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"937\">\u00e9duquer et responsabiliser<\/strong> les restaurateurs et leurs \u00e9quipes afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer durablement les conditions sanitaires dans lesquelles les repas sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, servis et consomm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1146\">Des axes prioritaires pour garantir des repas sains<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1272\">Lors de ces sessions, les \u00e9quipes techniques de l\u2019AMSSA mettent l\u2019accent sur plusieurs th\u00e9matiques essentielles, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1861\">\n<li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1410\">\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1410\">Le respect rigoureux des r\u00e8gles d\u2019<strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1333\">hygi\u00e8ne personnelle<\/strong> du personnel (lavage des mains, port de gants ou de tenues propres, etc.),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1474\">\n<p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1474\">La <strong data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1471\">propret\u00e9 des cuisines et des espaces de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1585\">\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1585\">Le <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1525\">stockage ad\u00e9quat des denr\u00e9es alimentaires<\/strong>, en particulier la s\u00e9paration des produits crus et cuits,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1649\">\n<p data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1649\">La <strong data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1610\">cha\u00eene du froid<\/strong> et les temp\u00e9ratures de conservation,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1751\">\n<p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1751\">Le <strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1704\">contr\u00f4le syst\u00e9matique des dates de p\u00e9remption<\/strong> et l\u2019\u00e9limination des produits non conformes,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1861\">\n<p data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"1861\">La pr\u00e9vention de la <strong data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1799\">contamination crois\u00e9e<\/strong> et le respect des proc\u00e9dures de nettoyage et de d\u00e9sinfection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2024\">Des supports p\u00e9dagogiques, des d\u00e9monstrations pratiques et des \u00e9changes interactifs sont utilis\u00e9s afin de renforcer l\u2019impact de ces interventions sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2101\">Un enjeu pour la sant\u00e9 publique et la qualit\u00e9 des services touristiques<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2516\">Au-del\u00e0 de la pr\u00e9vention des maladies d\u2019origine alimentaire, ces actions contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2250\">valoriser la qualit\u00e9 des services touristiques<\/strong> dans la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Atar, destination pris\u00e9e pour son patrimoine naturel et historique. Un secteur de la restauration respectueux des normes sanitaires constitue en effet un levier essentiel pour renforcer la confiance des visiteurs et soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement local.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2554\">L\u2019AMSSA r\u00e9affirme son engagement<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2556\" data-end=\"2904\">\u00c0 travers cette initiative, l\u2019AMSSA r\u00e9affirme son engagement ferme \u00e0 poursuivre ses efforts de <strong data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2703\">sensibilisation, de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> des professionnels du secteur alimentaire.
